Lesley went above and beyond to clarify all my questions with the relevant dentist and made sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. In the end, I decided to have the procedures done in my home country, and Lesley showed nothing but understanding and kindness regarding my decision. Lesley is truly a wonderful person, and anyone in their care is in very good hands.

The Dental Departures team was fantastic! I needed a root canal and while I hadn't been experiencing pain, it was crucial to address it before the infection spread. I wasn't sure exactly where I wanted to go but DD provided me with several options fir each occasion I was considering, and I considered quite a few! They were very responsive as we communicated via Whatspp, getting back to me very quickly and addressing any questions I had. I decided on Oral Imagen in Medellin and from start to finish they were available to address any questions or concerns and assisted me when I was having trouble locating the office for my first visit. It felt like I had my own personal concierge service! My experience with Oral Imagen was great. I had a pretty bad cavity in the tooth and it took them quite a bit of time to do what they needed to fmdo. At no time did I feel any pain, even after the novicaine wore off, or the days following. The office was clean and ul to date with technology. And the price was one-third what my dentist in the states wanted, which just seemed super-inflated. I was able to take a nice vacation and including airfare, transportation, my stay for the week, eating out ever

Excellent, wonderful hospital, staff and doctors. World Class. My surgery went well and I am so happy with my results. The only negative was that the price changed from my original quote. I would recommend a more transparent set quote be given to patients.

I just returned from my Dental Departures visit to Zagreb, Croatia. The Dental Departures were on top of schedules and treatments every step of the way, from planning to execution. Dr. Petricevic (Visodent) was knowledgeable and fluent in his work. He had all the latest instruments, but if one of them did not perform to his expectations, he knew how to circumvent it. He combined the best of old-fashioned knowledge and modern technology with a patient-centric approach. My treatment included 1 root canal and 11 zirconia crowns. The result is excellent, and I recommend it without reservation.

Great experience ! From beginning to end the dentist has been very professional and thorough, not only on the treatment (smile makeover with 20 e-max veneers) but also on explanations. I never had any pain, the initial scheduled plan was strictly followed and my goals achieved. Very nice dental office , they have their own lab and are very tech savvy. The dentist , Yamile Hernández , speaks English , she always check that you are not in pain. She is dedicated to do the perfect job each time. FYI, the treatment plan took 6 days with 4 appointments, in Mexico City. The cost is much lower than in the USA or Europe. I am grateful to have picked Cey Dental for my smile makeover. No need to say that I am very happy with my smile makeover and CEY Aesthetic Dental Boutique 👍
